Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms govern your use of The Top Drawer (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

The Top Drawer is a private daily practice and coaching tool that helps you close the gap between your intentions and your actions. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions and payment

The Service may be offered on a subscription basis (for example, an annual plan, with any free trial described at sign-up). Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and display it back to you, and to operate features you choose to use (such as sharing or AI-assisted coaching). We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access others’ data, no interference with the Service’s operation, and no use of the Service to harm others.

Not professional advice

The Top Drawer supports reflection and personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service itself, including its software, design, and content (other than your content), belongs to The Top Drawer and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Top Drawer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
